your journey to owning a beautiful garden room
Step 1
Tell us your requirements
Use our quick quote form below, to tell us your requirements. Brian will be in touch to discuss your building and then provide you with a no obligation indicative quote.We won't hassle you and you can choose to communicate via message if you prefer.
Free site visit and design
We'll visit your site and discuss your project, provide material samples and discuss options before sending you the design of your building showing the full layout including cladding, colours, electrical sockets and lighting. You can make any changes to your spec. We'll tweak the design until you're 100% happy.
Installation
Once you're happy with the design and quote, we will ask you to pay a deposit. We'll begin building your high-spec room on site. We aim to have your garden room ready within 15-22 days.Smaller rooms can be completed within 7 days.
Aftercare and guarantee
Once the garden room is built and painted, we'll conduct a final walk through with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We'l register your 10 year warranty, and you can start enjoying the freedom your new garden building brings!
Meet Brian the boss of Cedar Spaces
My name is Brian O’Connell, and Cedar Spaces began in 2018 when I built my own garden room. With young children at home, it quickly became a space where I could focus on work, fitness and family life in balance. Experiencing that transformation first-hand inspired me to help others do the same. Today, I combine my background in engineering and financial planning with a passion for design to create bespoke garden rooms that bring everyday life more space, comfort, and style.

Our rooms are finished with full electrical installation, decorated skimmed plaster walls, laminate flooring, LED downlights and premium Aluminium or uPVC doors and windows.

Frequently Asked Questions
After an initial phone call to understand your requirements we will visit your property for an initial site survey. At this time we will also confirm your requirements and any specific design details. We will then proceed to create a CAD design of your building for approval. Once contracts are signed a 30% deposit is then required to secure your project and allow us to begin ordering materials.
We aim to have your garden room completed and ready for you to enjoy within 15 days. Rooms with services that require connections to mains plumbing etc. may take longer. Smaller rooms can be completed within 7 days.
Our buildings are built on poured concrete foundations or ground screws. Options will be discussed with you during our initial site visit.
You get a 10 year structural warrantyagainst defects. As certified installers of EPDM roof covering you will get a 20 year guarantee for your roof. All electrical and plumbing work is completed by fully registered tradesmen. In addition, manufacturers’ guarantees for windows, roofing, flooring, etc. are also given.

Each project we build is unique and it is therefore difficult to present a set menu cost for your build. As an indicative figure our garden room prices start from £1,250 per square meter.
Please note that our buildings are high specification garden rooms and are built with the quality and construction methods of a new home, therefore the price of a Cedar Space should be compared with the price and inconvenience of an extension rather than the price of a shed. Our buildings are affordable investments to your home which will not only add extra valuable space but will also add value to the price of your home if you sell in the future.
